They Sure Don’t Make Em Like This Any More.
From Clive’s private collection has arrived this beautiful 1950’s brooch & click back earring set. All of the stones are individually prong set and the leaves are gold plated. Why is prong set important to mention, well for one thing many costume stones these days are glued in…..to prong set them cost more time and money to produce. There are a rhinestone or few that are partially faded but not enough to cause a stir. The pearls are simulated and the brooch measures about 2 ¾ Inches in diameter. The singular earrings are about ¾ Inch wide in diameter.
So. Mid Century Modern is quite the trend and dive right in.
