WRONG ! It’s a gorgeous innovative up-cycled necklace made from only the best rubber tires the U.S.A. has to offer. Depending on the light, the colors change from black to purple to deep blue hues. The sheathes are graduated in length, the longest being about 5 inches and the shortest ones about 1 or 2 inches in length.
