“Guilloche Enamel is a form of enamel work, achieved by working the metal on an engine-turned lathe to form a pattern before enameling over the pattern.” On a recent trip to Hawaii several years ago the Hibiscus flower was in bloom everywhere and the colors were as varied as the flowers themselves. No wonder it is Hawaii’s state flower.   This orange/red Hibiscus vintage brooch presented in Guilloche Enamel and bezel set in random  crystals reminded us of that beautiful flower.  The brooch measures about 4 1/2inches tall by 3 inches at its widest point layered on a gold color matted finish.  Check out a Hawaiian Airlines image !
