Bergere, a French designer created this simple but tailored masterpiece from the 1950’s. The necklace is brass with a 2 strand open floating tassel and accented with 2 diagonal blue faceted crystal stones with matching clip earrings. The necklace is not signed but the earrings are which is very often the case.  This is a vintage set  which has been previously worn. This is a way to make an elegant understated statement.
